Complaints Policy

We care about the quality of our services and customer satisfaction.

1. Submitting Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our platform or services provided by our partner lawyers, please submit a complaint via email including your name and a detailed description of the situation.

2. Processing Times

All received complaints are registered and started being processed within 2 business days. We provide a final response after evaluating all circumstances within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

3. Solutions

If the complaint is justified and related to technical issues on our platform, we commit to fixing them and, if necessary, compensating for the inconvenience.

4. Lawyer Services

Since Hesper does not provide legal advice, complaints related to the direct work of a lawyer are transferred to the relevant specialist, and in case of serious ethical violations - to the Lithuanian Bar Association.
